Armando Romero Jaramillo was General Manager of Sellopack S.A.S. in Colombia, a company specialized in flexible packaging solutions with more than 30 years of history in the manufacturing industry. Since 1990, he led the consolidation of Sellopack as a key player in the sector, expanding its operation, professionalizing its internal structure and positioning the brand in the competitive market for food and industrial product packaging.
After 35 years of leading, I understood that leadership begins when you allow yourself to be seen as vulnerable.
An Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a specialization in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT, Armando developed a comprehensive vision that unites organizational design with customer focus, innovation in production processes and adaptability to market changes. He was also the founder and manager of multiple companies such as Arpack and Specipack, with which he diversified his impact within the packaging industry, generating jobs and new business opportunities throughout Colombia.
Purpose isn't invented, it's found by living.
His career was recognized with the National Business Development Award, thanks to his ethical, consistent and transformative approach. Beyond the corporate world, a personal health experience marked a turning point in his life, leading him to complement his profile as a businessman with a deep vocation for human accompaniment and personal development.
